Dr. Bita Tahvildari is a skilled, compassionate dentist who provides patient care in the Rancho Bernardo and Poway areas with a state-of-the-art approach to preventing decay and gum disease, enhancing aesthetics, and restoring function in patients of all ages. Currently, she practices on Pomerado Rd in Poway, offering the most advanced techniques for better oral health, including implant restorative crowns, single non-metal crowns, bridges, partials, gum therapy, scaling and root planing, protective devices for teeth grinding (bruxism) and more. She also offers various cosmetic treatments to help patients achieve the most beautiful, natural-looking smiles, including veneers, Invisalign®, Fast Braces, and teeth whitening.

Dr. Tahvildari understands that each patient’s needs are unique, and every treatment plan she develops is based on an in-depth understanding of those needs and goals for the best possible outcomes.

She is also keenly aware of the anxiety many patients feel when visiting the dentist, employing pain management techniques to ensure that every visit is pleasant.

After completing her undergraduate degree at California State University Northridge, Dr. Tahvildari completed her dental surgery degree at the University of Maryland School of Dentistry. Committed to providing the highest caliber of care, she participates in continuing education activities. She maintains active memberships in several professional societies, the American Association of Dental Consultants and the California Association of Dental Plans.

When not caring for her patients, Dr. Tahvildari enjoys yoga, reading, music, meditation, and spending time with her family.

Dr. Crow is a Board Certified Periodontist and a member of the American Academy of Periodontology with over 20 years of experience in dentistry.

After graduating from the University of Pittsburgh School of Dental Medicine, he received an additional year of hospital-based training by completing a General Practice Residency at the Naval Medical Center in Portsmouth, Va. After five years of practicing general dentistry, Dr. Crow returned to school and completed a three-year residency in Periodontics. During that same time, he earned a Master of Science degree in Health Sciences from George Washington University. After working seven years in private practice in the Seattle area, he returned to San Diego, where he maintains a practice limited to Periodontics and Implant Dentistry.

Dr. Crow is married and has two children: a son and a daughter. During his free time, he enjoys his children’s sports and activities, scuba diving, snow skiing, traveling, and flying as an instrument-rated pilot.
